I was out of town last week and we never made it to the Benton-Franklin Fair, but I just read in the Herald that attendance was up 12% over last year, so it looks like a successful event. Most of the concerts were sold out, and same with the rodeo according to that article.

Since I couldn’t be there to shoot some photos, I thought I’d post some of the best photos I found on Flickr from local fair-goers.

Scott Butner took this great photo above on “Tough Enough to Wear Pink” night. Ha! You can see a couple fair photos in Scott’s Flickr stream.

Maybe next year we’ll get out there and I’ll shoot some photos of my own….
